DPMM FC are eyeing former Al-Nasr midfielder Mehdi Albeid from Algeria. He is currently playing in the Saudi 2nd division club Al-Raed FC. Mehdi Albeid was signed for Istanbul Buyuksehir in during the 2023/2024 season before moving to Al-Raed until now. The former Newcastle United midfielder was capped 15 times for the Algeria national team.

Albert Amoah is also in sights for DPMM FC. Amoah currently plays for the Ghanaian giants, Asante Kotoko FC, where he was instrumental in Kotoko's FA Cup wining campaign, scoring important goals as they ended the season with a trophy. He also scored 12 goals in the Ghana Premier League to help the Porcupine Warriors place third in the 2024/2025 campaign.Following his outstanding performances, the Circle 008 of China made a cash presentation to the player. He also received a customised Golden Boot for his efforts
