DPMM FC have decided to sign the highest top scorer in the "Liga de Expansion MX" (2nd tier of the Mexican Professional League) Julio Cruz from Mexico. He has been playing almost 90 minutes in all of his games and has scored 13 goals in the league. His last game for his former club was on the 12th March last week.

Oaxaca FC lies on 10th position in the league last season. Julio Cruz,28 years old played for Cartagines of Costa Rica in 2019 before moving to San Carlos in 2020. He then moved to Oaxaca FC of Mexico and this is his first stint playing in Asian football.
